Please note these delivery times are based on information supplied by Royal Mail and FedEx.
Once a package is in their hands, I have no control over delays in transit.

    FREE standard delivery on orders over £75.00.

    Standard - Royal Mail 48 Tracked |  £3.50– £5.00

    3-5 working days (estimated)

    Express - DPD Tracked |  £9.50
    1-2 working days*
    If ordered before 12:00PM.
    Delivery Monday - Friday. You will receive a one hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance by SMS or email.

    * DPD is shipped the same day and often delivered the next day. Not guaranteed but currently a has a very high delivery success rate.

Exchanges and Returns

I hope you are 100% delighted with your purchase, but if you do need to exchange or return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

If you have received one of my items as a gift, I can provide an exchange for another item of the same value – within 28 days of the original purchase date.

To exchange or return an item, please ensure it is unused and in perfect condition. Any made to order items, gift vouchers and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser in the same form of payment used to order.

Please note, while I am happy to issue you with a refund/exchange for your item purchase, I am unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved. You are responsible for returning the items safely. Please obtain proof of postage.
