While there are still many restrictions in place, I am making, processing and sending orders as quickly as I am able to. Please be aware that, at this time, your order may take slightly longer than usual to get to you.
Making Your Order
The products in your order are handmade, either in part or completely. “In Stock” means that I have all the materials to make the product.
Making takes 3-5 working days, depending on backlog of orders at the time.
After all products in your order are made, I aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days – this may be less, or occasionally a bit longer. If there is a longer delay with your order I will try my best to let you know straight away.
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. If necessary, I occasionally use other couriers such as FedEx and UPS.
United Kingdom | UK Standard: 1-3 working days, from £3.50
Europe | International Standard: 3-7 working days, from £5.95
Rest Of The World | International Standard: 5-9 working days, from £8.95
Your order will be wrapped in colourful paper and mind the cork branded stickers or tags.
I pack it carefully to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition, and whenever possible I use recycled, reusable or recyclable postal packaging. I only use plastic if absolutely necessary.
Sending Your Order as a Gift?
If you are sending something directly to a friend or loved one, I offer note writing service (a nice handwriting style font on a A5 paper) for no additional charge – simply type your message in the “Notes” box at the checkout. Your order will also be beautifully wrapped, and the invoice will be left out.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
I hope you are 100% delighted with your purchase, but if you do need to exchange or return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
If you have received one of my items as a gift, I can provide an exchange for another item of the same value – within 28 days of the original purchase date.
To exchange or return an item, please ensure it is unused and in perfect condition. Any made to order items, gift vouchers and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser in the same form of payment used to order.
Please note, while I am happy to issue you with a refund/exchange for your item purchase, I am unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs involved. You are responsible for returning the items safely. Please obtain proof of postage.
Tax & Duties
All orders are dispatched from London, UK. Please note that shipments to OUTSIDE the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by you; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
